Service Description
This eight-week online course is the MBSR-approved course of its kind for LGBTQ+ individuals. Cultivate mindfulness skills for everyday life alongside others who are part of your community. A space to grow where you can be exactly you. Certificate and training hours available for mental health professionals. Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) has emerged as an effective, evidence based method for reducing physical and psychological stress and suffering while building resilience, balance, and overall wellbeing. Its treatment applications span a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, insomnia, addiction, ADHD, and chronic illnesses.
