Service Description

Build community cohesion, reduce burnout, boost productivity, and enhance employee outcomes through offering MBSR training for a group of all members of your organization. Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) has emerged as an effective tool for reducing physical and psychological stress and suffering while building resilience, communication, professional skills, and wellbeing for individuals and entire groups. This is the only evidence-based mindfulness curriculum specifically designed through science by and for mental health professionals. All sessions are led by qualified instructors. Offerings vary in length and price, taking place on your schedule.
