Online offerings: The Mindfulness Lab now on your screen

We recognize the importance of learning online and the remarkable opportunity to expand the mindfulness community. In light of COVID-19 and changing needs, we have moved all services online as of March 20, 2020. We are humbled and excited to continue to offer and expand MBSR courses, workshops, and offerings to support all in navigating new waters. In a time the human force is moved in unexpected ways, we're choosing to make that move closer together.
