ABOUT

The Mindfulness Lab offers inclusive online and in-person training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), the evidence-based science to reduce anxiety and depression and enhance overall mental health. Led by highly experienced certified MBSR instructors, our offerings are designed to develop clinical skills, psychological insights, and practical tools to facilitate meaningful change.

Our mission is to provide the highest standard of evidence-based mindfulness to therapists at all stages in order to enhance wellbeing in our communities. We specialize in delivering unique courses tailored to psychotherapy practices, training organizations and graduate training programs. Previous clients include Cambridge University, CSU Counseling Centers, Northwestern Psychological Services, The LA LGBT Center, Strength United, and B-corps OLLY and StartOut.
