ABOUT
The Mindfulness Lab offers inclusive virtual and in-person training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), the evidence-based science to reduce anxiety and depression and enhance overall mental health. Led by highly experienced and certified MBSR instructors, our offerings are designed to develop psychological insights and practical tools for lasting change.

Our mission is to provide the highest standard of evidence-based mindfulness to enhance wellbeing in our communities. We deliver unique courses tailored to living with chronic conditions, the LGBTQ2+ community, and training mental health professionals. We work across the United States and have trained organizations including various University Counseling Centers, The LA LGBT Center, Strength United, Counseling West, LyfeBulb, The Nation Kidney Foundation, and OLLY.
